A quick note to thank you for organising our recent stay at the Excelsior in Venice. I would especially like to thank you for arranging the bowl of fruit and the bottle of Premier Cru champagne that was awaiting us on our arrival. Although you have me used to the five star treatment on our recent visits to Holland I am not without appreciation for all that your company do to make every visit a pleasure. I think you have an excellent understanding of what we‘re after from the seminar, which means the event runs like clockwork. I know I did not give the seminar as much time as I should have done this year, so the fact that it went so well can be attributed to that understanding.
